Adriana joined the department in 2017 and serves as an active driver, attendant in charge, and trustee. She has served the FCVFD as a lieutenant, the department secretary, and, from 2019 to 2025, as the department’s first female president. She brings a wealth of experience in the strategic operations of the department to the board of trustees.
Adriana is also passionate about providing life safety education to the community, especially its youngest members. She understands that risk reduction begins with education and may often be found providing public instruction in area schools and daycare programs, and working with scout organizations.
Originally from Peru, Adriana lives in Falls Church City with her family. She is fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Italian.
